Our cookie-sized mendiants are all 70% dark chocolate with 3 different toppings:
"When Olive Met Rosemary" - a savory, nutty, umami "cookie" studded with roasted cashew, almonds, pecans seasoned with rosemary and smoked Alaskan sea salt and of course, black kalamata olives 
"Summer Sunshine" - a medley of summer berries including freeze-dried and organic dried strawberries, blueberries and cherries with a dash of orange zest
"Petra's Petals" - a floral and chocolatey ode to my mother who loved plants, flowers and yes, chocolate!
