Privacy
Where you roam is your business so your information
won't be collected, shared, tracked, sold, etc for, with, to
or on behalf of any third party. And since you're here
for chocolate and not "cookies", we don't do that either,
unless you're looking for our "chocolate cookie", aka
mendiant; now that's the kind of sharing we support wholeheartedly!
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority, Monday - Wednesday in an effort
to get your chocolate to its destination as soon as
possible and without weekend delays, weather depending.
We do everything to ensure your chocolate reaches your
hands in the same condition it left ours. To that end,
please leave detailed address information when placing
your order as we are not liable for problems delivering
your order due to insufficient or inaccurate mailing
instructions. Or do we have any control over how or
when your order arrives once its been delivered to the
post office.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
RETURNS: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our product. Sorry :(
REFUNDS: Please let us know within 3 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order we can help with; we get it, things happen!
CANCELLATIONS: It's entirely your prerogative to change your mind! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
